What does my event ticket comprise?

  • Entry into Sentosa 

  • Entrance to Palawan event Site.

  • Race Kit

  • Event Shirt 

  • Finisher Medal

Does my event ticket include entry and parking into Sentosa?

Event participants with a valid event bib will be granted entry into Sentosa at no additional cost. Please note that parking charges will apply at all car parks.

 

How do I get to the event site?

Please check the Sentosa guide on various transport options to head toward the Palawan Green, next to the Beach Station Carpark to enter the event site.

 

Where do I pick up my Race Kit?

Details of the Race Pack Collection will be announced in the near future.

Is there any Cut-Off Time?
There is a cut-off time of 2 hours for 10km runners. There is no cut off time for 5km, 1.2km and 800m runners. 

Can I collect my prize if I miss the presentation?
Do reach out an email to within 7 days of the event for collection instruction. No collection will be permitted 30 days after the event.  

 

Can someone collect my Race Kit for me?
Yes. To do so, your representative will need to show a Confirmation Email of your Race, and a copy of your Photo ID.

 

I can’t make it for the Race Pack collection – can I collect my Race Pack onsite?
No you cannot and you need to assign a representative to collect your pack on your behalf. If you need delivery of your race pack, there will be a charge of $20 per participants.

What happens if I am unable to complete within the Cut-Off time?
As we hope that all our athletes will be able to complete the race, even if it takes longer than the Cut-Off time, we will only enforce the Cut-off times only on a case-to-case basis or due to safety reasons.

Is there a Bag Drop onsite?
Yes. Participants are advised to pack light and refrain from bringing too many valuables.

Are there Toilets & Showers onsite?
There will be mobile toilets available. No showers will be available.

 

Where can I find my Results for the 10KM Run?
Your provisional results will be available upon finishing your race. Link to your Results can be found on the event day from our social media channels.

Where can I download my E-Cert?
You can download your E-Certificate from the same Results link for the 10KM category only. A certificate for participants in the 5KM, 1.2KM, 800M categories. 

 

Can parents/guardians accompany their child for the 800M categories?
Yes, only 1 parent/guardian is allowed in at any one time to accompany their kid to the finish line of the 800M dash.

Can I change my T-Shirt size after I have completed registration?
There will be an administration fee of $20 for any T-Shirt size change. Do write in to us for assistance. All requests are to be made before 15th October 2024.

 

I am unable to make it for the race. Can I request a refund? 

Registrations are final and non-refundable.

 

I’m injured / unable to race. Can I request a refund?

Registrations are final and non-refundable.

 

Can I transfer my race slot to another person?

Yes, you may choose to do a direct transfer to another participant or allow. All requests are subject to a S$20 processing fee. Do write in to us at enquiry@orangeroom.com.sg  for assistance. All requests are to be made before 15th October 2024.

 

Can I request to upgrade or downgrade my race category?

Yes. You will need to top-up the difference for upgrade requests. We are unable to refund the difference for downgrade requests. All requests are subject to a S$20 processing fee. Do write in to us for assistance. All requests are to be made before 15th October 2024.
